You deserve to die!

I am and was raised as a conservative, and I live with the Bible as my guide. It is the book that shapes my life, my choices, and my faith. Because of that, I believe every human life has value. So when I see people laughing at the death of Charlie Kirk, I feel sad—not only for him and his family, but for all of us.

It is one thing to disagree with someone’s ideas. That is part of freedom. But it is something very different to celebrate their death. When people laugh about someone dying, it shows a deep lack of respect for life. It does not matter if we like or dislike the person. Every life matters. Every person is made in the image of God. The Bible calls us to love—even our enemies. It calls us to pray for those who think differently than us. To mock death is to forget these teachings.

Imagine if Charlie Kirk—or anyone—was killed because of their opinions. If that happened, and people celebrated instead of mourning, what would that say about us?

It would mean we no longer respect freedom. It would mean hate has taken over our hearts. And it would mean we are no longer following God’s command to love one another.

It is normal to disagree in politics. Conservatives and liberals will always have different views. That is fine. But what is not fine is celebrating when someone dies just because they had a different opinion. It shows how much hatred there is toward anyone who dares to speak openly about faith or conservative values.

When I see this kind of hate, it often comes from those who are very anti-Christian, or from people on the left who see conservative voices as dangerous. Instead of arguing with ideas, they attack the person—even in death.

The mocking of Charlie Kirk’s death shows how broken our culture has become. It shows how much anger there is against conservatives and against Christians. But it also reminds us of our calling: to hold fast to the Bible, to keep speaking truth, and to love even when the world hates.

When people laugh at death, it is not just an insult to one man. It is a sign that we are losing our humanity. It shows how broken we are when politics and anti-Christian hate blind us to the value of life.

As a conservative Christian, I will not follow that path. I will stand on the Word of God. I will continue to speak truth. And I will continue to love—even those who despise me.
