Hi!
My name is Rita Khatchadorian and I am 27 years old. While I was given the surname Baberyan for legal reasons, Khatchadorian is the name that carries the legacy of many generations in my Armenian family—one I hold with deep pride. I’m Armenian and passionate about preserving and sharing our beautiful culture.
I’m married to a Portuguese man, and together we have a son, Emmanuel, born in 2024. Family, identity, the Christian faith and personal growth have always been the core values shaping my journey.
Creativity has been part of my life since childhood. I began writing songs at the age of 12, along with short stories and theatrical plays. That love for storytelling only grew stronger over time. In 2020, I published my first book, Touch of Heaven, and since then I’ve written eight books. Each one features Armenian characters and often includes settings in Armenia—my way of weaving culture into narrative and keeping our heritage alive through literature.
Academically, I graduated from the United Business Institute in Brussels, majoring in International Business Management and European Business Law. I’ve also studied Criminology and Psychology and will soon be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology—an area that has always fascinated me. I’ve long been passionate about psychological subjects, human behavior, and emotional depth, and this often shows in both my writing and reflections.
I also work actively on organizing programs around key issues and interests related to Armenia and broader global topics. Through my blog, I share thoughts on psychology, life, and the world around us—blending insight with heart.
Welcome to my space, where culture meets creativity, and passion meets purpose.
With much love,
Rita
